Return & Exchange Policy

We pack and ship all our clothes with the utmost care. However, if any issue occurs, we are happy to offer an exchange — not a refund.

Exchange Conditions:

• The product must be in original condition: unused, tags intact, and as delivered.

• An unboxing video is required for any exchange request.

• We also keep a shipping video as proof from our end.

• Exchanges are only processed if it's confirmed to be our mistake.

• Customers must ship the item back at their own cost and risk.
